Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements, preferences and their budget.
Explain product features, materials, designs, prices and available options.
Recommend suitable furniture and help customers make purchasing decisions.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up with interested customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
Prepare quotations and assist customers with orders.
Coordinate with the delivery and installation teams when required.
Maintain an attractive and organized showroom.
Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements




Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Confident and enthusiastic personality.
Previous experience in furniture sales, retail sales, showroom sales, or similar work is preferred.
Freshers with positive communication and sales skills may also apply.
Basic knowledge of furniture products and materials is an advantage.
Ability to work toward sales targets.
Basic computer/WhatsApp skills.
Hindi communication is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
