Role

To work closely with the Founder and act as the central coordinator for the company’s marketing activities, agencies and key initiatives.

This is not a social media or performance marketing profile.

Key Responsibilities
Founder Coordination – Understand the Founder’s ideas and business priorities and convert them into transparent marketing actions.
Marketing & Agency Management – Coordinate with digital, social media, creative, website, PR and other specialist teams; take their inputs, set priorities and ensure timely execution.
Marketing Planning – Maintain transparent monthly plans, campaigns, timelines and priorities across the company’s business verticals.
Performance & Accountability – Review marketing activities against agreed targets, identify gaps and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Internal Coordination – Connect marketing initiatives with sales, design and other internal teams wherever required.




Key Account Management – Assist the Founder in handling selected key accounts, including meetings, communication and follow-up on opportunities.
Management Reporting – Give the Founder a concise weekly update covering progress, results, pending matters and decisions required.

Candidate Profile
7–15 years of relevant marketing experience.
Strong experience in managing agencies and multiple teams.
Good understanding of digital, branding, B2B and lead-generation marketing.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Highly organised with strong follow-up and execution capabilities.
Commercially minded and result-oriented.
Comfortable working directly with the Founder.
Experience in furnishings, interiors, hospitality or related industries preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
