We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, generate qualified leads, understand customer requirements, and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
Explain the company’s construction services and ongoing projects.
Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and project timeline.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
Schedule customer meetings and site visits for the Sales Team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Update the CRM/lead tracker on a daily basis.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified lead handover.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Prepare daily call and follow-up reports.
Maintain qualified communication and valuable relationships with customers.

Eligibility
Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Support.
Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
Experience in Construction Or Real Estate will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
