Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our Management Training Programme. This is a 6–12 month development programme designed to provide hands-on experience across marketing, customer engagement, leadership, team management, and business operations. Participants receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals, developing the skills required to progress into future management roles.
Responsibilities:
Participate in a structured training programme covering marketing, leadership, team management, and business operations.
Attend training sessions, workshops, and development programmes led by experienced professionals.
Gain hands-on experience in face-to-face marketing and customer engagement during the initial stage.
Assist with day-to-day business operations and client campaigns.
Collaborate with team members, contribute ideas, and support ongoing projects.
Participate in regular performance reviews to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in marketing, leadership, business development, & management.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Positive attitude with a strong ambition for growth opportunities.
