ServiceNow Developer We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with robust expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, platform upgrades, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Implement and support HRSD and ITSM requirements and enhancements.Develop and support integrations with internal and external applications.Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, release activities, and platform maintenance.Collaborate with business stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, performance, and security standards.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development.Hands-on experience with HRSD and ITSM modules.Valuable knowledge of ServiceNow development tools,



including Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Service Catalogs, Script Includes, and ServiceNow scripting .Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub

Other Requirements

Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and deployment activities.Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification.ITIL knowledge or certification. Experience: 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience with proven expertise in HRSD, ITSM, integrations, and platform upgrades
