Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to manage service operations, technicians, customer complaints, and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise HVAC service technicians.
Schedule and monitor service calls and maintenance work.
Troubleshoot HVAC systems and provide technical support.
Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Manage spare parts, tools, and service documentation.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of jobs.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in HVAC service/maintenance.
Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Mechanical/HVAC preferred.
Robust knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting.
Positive team management and communication skills.
Ability to handle customer and field-service operations.
Valid driving licence preferred.
