FEE COLLECTION EXECUTIVE – CALICUTJob Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for a responsible, organized, and target-oriented Fee Collection Executive to manage student fee collections, payment follow-ups, outstanding amounts, and related documentation.

The candidate will work closely with students, parents, Accounts, Academic, and Branch teams to ensure timely fee collection and accurate payment records.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with students and parents regarding pending and overdue fees.
Ensure timely collection of course and tuition fees.
Contact students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Track student payment schedules, instalments, and due dates.
Maintain accurate records of paid, pending, and overdue fees.
Update fee collection details in CRM/ERP systems.
Issue receipts and maintain proper payment documentation.
Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team for payment reconciliation.
Handle basic student and parent queries related to fees and payments.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up for timely recovery.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Achieve assigned collection targets.
Escalate long-pending or difficult cases to the concerned management team.
Maintain qualified and positive relationships with students and parents.





Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Freshers can apply.
0–2 years of experience in Fee Collection, Accounts, Finance, Telecalling, Customer Service, or EdTech is an advantage.
Excellent Malayalam communication skills.
Good English communication skills.
Solid follow-up and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Valuable numerical and organizational skills.
Ability to work with collection targets and deadlines.
Professional approach while handling payment-related conversations.
