Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Development Manager (ADM) to drive business growth, manage field operations, and oversee multiple branches within the assigned area. The role involves achieving business targets, supporting branch teams, and ensuring effective customer acquisition and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee business operations across multiple branches within the assigned area.
Drive business development and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Lead, guide, and motivate branch sales teams to improve performance.
Conduct regular field visits to branches, customers, and business prospects.
Identify recent business opportunities and develop the market within the assigned territory.
Monitor branch-wise performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
Support Branch Managers and Sales Teams in achieving their targets.
Ensure effective customer acquisition, relationship management, and business follow-up.
Conduct regular review meetings and submit branch-wise performance reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and operational guidelines.




Coordinate with the Head Office and branches for smooth execution of business activities.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off

Note: The role involves extensive field work and travel and requires frequent visits to multiple branches and customer locations as per business requirements.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in Chit Funds, BFSI, NBFC, Insurance, or Financial Services.
Experience in handling multiple branches/territories will be preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, team management, and target-oriented skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
