Job Responsibilities
Deliver prompt and skilled client support while building long-term relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries and seamless trade execution.
Promote in house research insights and assist in re-engaging dormant retail and HNI clients.
Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange regulations and internal operating procedures at all times.
Execute Equity & Derivatives trades accurately for Business Associates and Direct Clients.
Candidate Profile
Managing back office operations and Risk Management Systems
NISM Series VIII Certification is mandatory.
Valuable command over English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and build long-term client relationships
