Job Description

Growmax Club Edu Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and coordinate our social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

This is a great prospect for Digital Marketing fresh graduates who are creative, self-disciplined, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote workplace.

Responsibilities
Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar and ensure they are uploaded on time.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for social media content.
Communicate content requirements clearly to the design and editing team.
Review designs and videos before publishing and ensure the final output is correct.
Make sure approved content is uploaded to the appropriate platform at the scheduled time.
Coordinate with management regarding content approvals, changes, reposts, and updates.
Oversee the complete social media workflow and ensure everything runs smoothly.




Maintain consistency in social media posting and execution.
Take responsibility for completing assigned social media tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements
Fresh graduates with a Digital Marketing background are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and social media management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage deadlines and follow schedules.
Must be self-disciplined and responsible while working from home.
Ability to work independently with minimal assistance.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.

Candidates who can generate creative content ideas and write social media captions, scripts, posts, or other content write-ups will have an added advantage.

Creative thinking and the ability to contribute ideas to improve the company's social media presence will be highly valued.
