Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Manage and motivate the sales team
Handle leads, follow-ups and conversions
Monitor daily sales performance and reports
Improve patient conversion and retention
Develop sales strategies to increase clinic revenue
Coordinate with the marketing and clinic teams
Handle customer queries and ensure a positive patient experience
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Clinic Sales
Experience in Aesthetic, Hair & Skin Clinic is preferred
Robust communication and convincing skills
Valuable team management and leadership skills
Target-oriented and result-driven
Tamil & English communication skills preferred
