Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage end-to-end event execution, including planning, production, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground operations. The candidate should have solid experience in handling corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, and large-scale setups.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute events from concept to completion with proper timelines and execution plans.
Coordinate with vendors for fabrication, branding, printing, AV, rentals, and production requirements.
Manage logistics, transportation, material movement, and inventory.
Coordinate manpower deployment and supervise on-ground teams.
Handle venue coordination, permissions, and client requirements.
Prepare quotations, compare vendor costs,



and manage operational budgets.
Ensure timely setup, execution, and dismantling of events.
Resolve in office challenges and ensure smooth event delivery.
Maintain event reports, checklists, and documentation.

Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in event operations/production.
Robust vendor management and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of fabrication, branding, logistics, and event execution.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work flexible hours during events.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
