Job Role: Billing & Dispatch Executive
Location: Dobbaspet, Bangalore, India

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing & Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day billing activities and oversee the timely and accurate dispatch of orders.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process customer invoices and bills accurately.
Verify orders, quantities, product details, pricing and billing information.
Coordinate with the warehouse/packing team to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
Oversee the complete dispatch process and ensure orders are dispatched on time.
Check packed orders against invoices before dispatch.
Coordinate with courier and transport partners for pickups and deliveries.
Maintain proper records of invoices, dispatches and delivery details.
Track pending and dispatched orders and follow up on delays.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding billing and dispatch-related issues.




Handle any discrepancies in orders, billing, or dispatch and ensure they are resolved promptly.
Maintain accurate daily reports of billing and dispatch activities.
Issuing of cutting to the line to know the order is in process
Ability to communicate with sales staff on dispatch and timeline of products to be recieved by Clients.

Requirements
Previous experience in billing, dispatch, order processing or logistics coordination is preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Tally.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
Responsible, organized and proactive approach to work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
