Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Production Engineer who can manage shop-floor operations, production targets, and team performance. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with excellent team-handling and manpower management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production activities and achieve production targets.
Handle and supervise operators, technicians, and shop-floor manpower.
Allocate manpower, machines, tools, and resources effectively.
Monitor productivity, WIP, machine utilization, rejection, and rework.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance & Engineering teams.
Read and understand engineering drawings and production requirements.
Resolve day-to-day production and quality-related issues.




Maintain production reports and documentation.
Ensure 5S, safety, quality, and discipline on the shop floor.
Train and motivate team members and drive continuous improvement.

We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in Production / Manufacturing / Shop-Floor Operations.
Solid team handling & manpower management experience.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Good knowledge of MS Excel & production reporting.
Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of 5S / Kaizen / Lean Manufacturing will be an advantage.
