Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records using Tally.
Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of expenses and transactions.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Prepare basic MIS reports and accounting statements.
Use MS Excel for data entry, reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding payments and invoices.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.




Support the senior finance team with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills
Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, sorting, filtering, etc.
Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally, Excel, GST, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,592.56 - ₹25,000.00 per month
