Job Responsibilities
Handle daily marketing coordination work.
Coordinate with the sales team and customers.
Follow up with customers for enquiries and orders.
Prepare quotations and send them to customers.
Maintain customer and enquiry records.
Follow up on pending orders and dispatch status.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality and Dispatch departments.
Prepare daily and monthly sales/marketing reports.
Handle customer calls, emails and messages.
Support the marketing team in getting new customers.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Report significant customer issues to the reporting manager.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Positive communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Experience
1–3 years in Marketing / Sales Coordination preferred.
Experience in manufacturing or electrical industry will be an advantage.
