Job Description
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to handle customers at our real estate project site.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers at the project site.
Understand the customer's property requirements.
Show customers the properties they are interested in.
Explain project details, prices, and payment plans.
Answer customer questions and guide them during the site visit.
Follow up with interested customers after the visit.
Help convert site visits into sales.
Maintain daily records of customer visits and follow-ups.
Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
1–2years of experience in real estate sales or property advising will be an added advantage.
Comfortable with field/site work.
Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
