We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Staff to join our retail store at Mango. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, have a positive attitude, and be interested in art, stationery, gifting, and lifestyle products.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting products based on their requirements.
Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
Handle billing and POS transactions.
Maintain proper display and arrangement of products in the store.
Ensure the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Assist with stock checking and inventory management.
Build a valuable relationship with customers and provide excellent service.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
Sales or retail experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of English/Hindi/Marathi preferred.
Ability to work in a retail environment and as part of a team.
