Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations and oversee the company’s financial portfolio across multiple entities globally. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Tally, ERP systems, taxation, compliance, and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities
● Handle complete accounting operations including bookkeeping, Petty Cash, Cash Collecation reconciliations, and financial reporting
● Manage the company’s global financial portfolio across multiple entities
● Generate and manage invoices, billing, and payment tracking
● Work extensively on Tally and ERP software for financial management
● Prepare and file GST returns and ensure tax compliance
● Manage TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances
● Handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
● Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and labor laws

● Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
● Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports
● Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning

Key Skills & Requirements




● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com or equivalent)
● 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance
● Solid knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, and accounting tools
● In-depth understanding of GST, taxation, invoicing, and statutory compliance
● Experience in PF, ESI, payroll management
● Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
● Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
● High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in handling multi-entity or global accounting
● Knowledge of international financial operations will be an advantage

Pay: ₹10,813.39 - ₹35,566.49 per month
