Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
Supervise and coordinate FOH and BOH teams during shifts.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
Monitor food quality, service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Conduct regular briefing and debriefing of staff.
Manage staff allocation, shift schedules, attendance, and discipline.
Ensure SOPs, safety, hygiene, and company policies are followed.
Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational expenses.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth order flow and timely service.
Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
Support training,



grooming, and performance development of team members.
Handle opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports as required.
Support the Restaurant Manager in audits, stock checks, and compliance requirements.
Take charge of the outlet in the Restaurant Manager's absence.
Ensure a positive working workplace and maintain team morale.

Pay: ₹45,568.56 - ₹50,269.21 per month
