JOB DESCRIPTION
KEN TRAVELS is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller to join our team and handle customer enquiries, travel bookings, and follow-ups.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Handle incoming calls and respond to travel-related enquiries
Explain travel booking services to customers
Follow up with customers for ticket bookings and enquiries
Generate leads through telephone calls and customer follow-ups
Maintain customer details and call records
Coordinate with the booking team for customer requirements
Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules and availability
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Maintain positive relationships with customers
Achieve assigned calling and booking targets
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Good communication skills in Tamil & English
Pleasant and confident personality
Positive convincing and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Strong follow-up skills
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
