About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Fresher to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in marketing, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Generate and follow up on potential leads through various channels.
Support the team in customer communication and relationship management.
Assist with social media and digital marketing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for marketing-related requirements.
Maintain and update customer/lead databases.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Stay updated with current market trends and marketing practices.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of marketing concepts.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Good MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge.
Positive attitude with a robust willingness to learn.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, or Lead Generation.
Internship/project experience in marketing will be an advantage.
Positive presentation and analytical skills.
