We are looking for C1-level German language professionals to join our Customer Service team. The role involves assisting German-speaking customers, handling queries, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

C1 German proficiency is mandatory. Freshers with strong German language skills are welcome to apply.

Candidates currently based outside Pune who are willing to relocate are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide support in German and English.
Communicate with German-speaking customers through calls, emails, and chat.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Translate customer communications between German and English when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet defined customer service, quality, and productivity targets.

Required Skills
C1 German proficiency – Mandatory
Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.




Ability to confidently communicate with international customers.
Comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
C1 German proficiency is mandatory.

Prior experience in German-language customer service, international BPO, shared services, travel, e-commerce, or related industries will be an advantage.

Relocation Advantages
