Position: Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the University's financial operations, budgeting, accounting, statutory compliance, reporting and internal financial controls in accordance with applicable University and regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Prepare and monitor budgets, MIS and financial reports.
Manage cash flow, receivables, payables and fee accounting.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements, as applicable.
Coordinate internal, statutory and regulatory audits.
Monitor financial controls, expenditure and cost management.




Ensure accurate reconciliation and maintenance of financial records.
Provide financial insights and reports to University Management.
Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.

Qualification & Experience
CA / CMA / M. Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a University/Higher Education Institution.
Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, budgeting, audit and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
Robust analytical, leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
