Patient Care
Assist the consultant/physician in assessment and management of patients.
Obtain and document patient history, presenting complaints, vital signs, and relevant clinical information.
Perform clinical examination within the scope of training, competency, and hospital authorization.
Monitor patients' clinical condition and promptly communicate significant changes to the treating physician.
Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans under physician supervision.
Participate in inpatient rounds and follow-up of assigned patients.
Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care, where applicable.
