We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager who can lead and motivate a field sales team while driving business growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should be comfortable travelling extensively across Rajasthan and, when required, outside Rajasthan to meet dealers, distributors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and monitor the field sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Travel with team members for market visits whenever required to provide on-ground support and improve performance.
Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain solid customer relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Conduct regular sales meetings, field visits, and performance reviews.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.




Identify recent markets and growth opportunities within Rajasthan and other territories as required.

Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in Field Sales or Area Sales.
Solid team leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan and outside the state when required.
Ability to achieve sales targets and independently manage assigned territories.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Wires & Cables Industry (Preferred).
Experience in the Electrical or Electronics Industry will be an added advantage.
Existing dealer/distributor network will be considered a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
