Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production and plant operations to achieve production targets.
Monitor edible oil and food mill production processes, machinery and manpower.
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods.
Supervise machine operators, production workers and packing staff.
Coordinate with maintenance, stores, accounts and sales teams.
Monitor quality, hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards.
Maintain daily production, wastage, stock and dispatch records.
Coordinate finished goods packing, loading and dispatch as per orders.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of FMCG products.
Identify operational issues and coordinate corrective action.
Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures.

Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter preferred.
Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in Edible Oil, Food Mill,



FMCG or similar production plants will also be considered.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of production processes, machinery, manpower handling and dispatch operations.
Strong supervisory, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a production setting and manage shifts/work schedules when required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Annamanada, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
