We are looking for a practical and responsible Structural Engineer who can work closely with our architects, consultants and site teams to make sure our structures are secure, productive and easy to execute.
What you’ll do
Review structural drawings and coordinate with architects and site teams
Check RCC, foundations, slabs, beams, columns and other structural works
Solve structural issues during site execution
Identify drawing clashes or mistakes before they reach site
Suggest better, simpler and more cost-effective structural solutions
Help optimise steel, concrete and construction methods without compromising quality
Visit sites and ensure structural work is being executed as per drawings
Coordinate with structural consultants and close technical queries on time
Explore better construction methods, formwork,
precast and new technologies
What we’re looking for
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Structural Engineering qualification is an added advantage
Around 2–3 years of relevant experience*
Positive understanding of RCC structures and residential construction
Strong drawing-reading and problem-solving skills
Someone who is comfortable both on drawings and on site*
Practical, detail-oriented and willing to take ownership
At Gruham, we are not looking for someone who only checks drawings.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
