Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets.
Ensure SOPs, hygiene, and food quality standards are followed.
Achieve sales and profitability targets for assigned outlets.
Train, supervise, and evaluate Restaurant Managers and staff.
Monitor customer service and resolve escalated complaints.
Conduct regular outlet audits and ensure FSSAI/compliance standards.
Coordinate maintenance, procurement, and staffing across outlets.
Submit daily/weekly performance reports to management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
