Position: Soldering Technician – PCB

Key Responsibilities
Perform PCB soldering, component mounting, and rework as per production requirements.
Handle through-hole and SMD soldering using soldering irons and related tools.
Inspect solder joints for quality, defects, and proper connections.
Perform PCB rework, desoldering, and component replacement when required.
Follow work instructions, ESD precautions, and quality standards.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned production work.
Required Skills
2–4 years of hands-on experience in PCB soldering.
Positive knowledge of SMD and through-hole components.
Experience in PCB assembly, rework, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of ESD safety and soldering standards.
Valuable attention to detail and quality consciousness.
