We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Sales, Accounts, Marketing, Dispatch, and Management teams. The role involves sales reporting and analysis, distributor coordination, up-to-date trade support, documentation, reconciliation, freezer management, and day-to-day sales administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, monthly, YTD, item-wise and distributor-wise sales reports and presentations.
Analyze sales performance, growth and month-on-month trends for management review.
Coordinate with RSMs, sales team, distributors, Accounts, Dispatch, Marketing and other departments.
Collect and consolidate secondary sales data and prepare management reports.
Prepare distributor/freezer agreements, quotations, authorization letters and related documentation.
Manage freezer purchase orders, purchase records, complaints, credit notes and service follow-ups.
Verify sales team travelling expense claims and coordinate with Accounts for processing.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
