Roles & Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations of the SPM machine manufacturing plant.

Develop and implement production schedules.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Manage plant budget and optimize resource allocation.

Maintain quality control standards.

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors and employees.

Identify and execute process improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Address operational issues and troubleshoot any problems that arise.

Skills :

Proven experience in a managerial role within a spm machine manufacturing plant.

Robust understanding of production management and operations.





Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation.

Ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex problems.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

60K to 70K (salary bar increase for right candidates)

Experience :

6yrs to 10

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹1,947,777.90 per month
