Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Generate and follow up on leads through tele sales activities.
Explain company services and convert inquiries into business prospects.
Coordinate with prospective and existing franchise partners for tie-ups and business discussions.
Ensure successful onboarding of franchisees by collecting required documents and completing the onboarding process.
Maintain regular communication with franchise partners and clients to ensure satisfaction.
Travel to client or franchise locations whenever required for meetings, onboarding, or relationship management.
Update customer and franchise records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams for smooth execution of services.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
