Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Executives to join our team in Varanasi. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, promoting banking and financial-service products, generating leads, and assisting customers with the account-opening process.

This is a field-based sales position and requires regular interaction with customers and visits to different locations within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
Visit potential customers and explain available banking/financial products and services.
Generate recent customer leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
Assist eligible customers with the account-opening process and required documentation.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.




Ensure customer information and application details are collected accurately.
Coordinate with the internal team for application processing and customer support.
Follow company policies, sales processes, and applicable compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers can apply; previous experience in sales, field sales, banking, BFSI, telecom, FMCG, or customer acquisition will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to travel within the assigned local area.
Candidates should have a customer-friendly and skilled approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
