Key Responsibilities
Supervise Operations: Oversee daily activities like picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to maintain workflow speed.
Manage Staff: Assign daily shifts and tasks to floor workers based on operational needs.
Ensure Safety: Enforce warehouse safety rules and OSHA standards to prevent workplace injuries.
Track Performance: Monitor productivity metrics and report shift progress to the DC Manager.
Train Workers: Provide hands-on training for recent equipment and secure work practices.
Resolve Issues: Fix inventory discrepancies, equipment blockages, or team conflicts quickly.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
