Hiring – Gold Loan Process and Physical Verification / Audit Executive
Location: MG Road, Bangalore
Experience: 1–2 Years
Should be ready to travel within Karnataka state every month for 15 to 20 days
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Operational & Risk-Based Audits.
Conduct Gold Loan, Cash, Inventory, Stock & Fixed Asset Audits.
Perform Physical Verification (PV) and reconciliation.
Perform Risk & Compliance assessments and identify control gaps.
Identify fraud risks, irregularities, and process weaknesses.
Prepare Audit Reports with observations and recommendations.
Follow up on corrective actions and ensure proper audit documentation.
Coordinate with branch/business teams and travel to different locations as required.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Physical verification, reconciliation etc.,
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid MS Excel & MS Office knowledge.
Positive communication and report-writing skills.
Willingness to travel for audit assignments.
Inter personal skills.
Preferred: Experience in Gold Loan, NBFC, Banking, Finance, Retail, or Multi-Branch Audits.
