We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process and work on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal. The candidate should have experience or good knowledge of tender documentation, bid submission, and GeM portal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant tenders through the GeM Portal and other tender portals.
Manage the complete tendering process from tender identification to bid submission.
Prepare and compile all required tender documents.
Upload quotations, technical documents, financial bids, and other required information on the GeM Portal.
Ensure timely submission of tenders and avoid missing deadlines.
Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and terms & conditions.
Coordinate with internal departments for technical, commercial, and supporting documents.
Maintain proper records of submitted tenders and their status.
Track tender results and follow up on ongoing bids.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted as per tender requirements.
Stay updated with GeM Portal procedures, policies, and tender-related updates.
Candidate Requirements
Experience in Tender Management will be preferred.
Must have experience or solid knowledge of the GeM Portal.
Good understanding of tender documentation and bid submission processes.
Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Candidates with relevant GeM Portal experience/knowledge and tender handling experience will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
