Position: HIS & ERP Implementation Manager

Role

We are looking for a hands-on qualified to lead the implementation and adoption of the Hospital Information System (HIS) and ERP across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HIS/ERP implementation, from requirement gathering to go-live.
Map and digitize hospital workflows across Finance, Purchase, Stores, Pharmacy, HR, Billing, MRD, Nursing, Administration and other departments.
Coordinate with HIS/ERP vendors for configuration, customization, integrations and issue resolution.
Conduct UAT, prepare SOPs and ensure timely implementation of modules.
Train hospital staff and drive user adoption.
Monitor system usage, data accuracy and implementation milestones.
Develop MIS/reports and dashboards for management.
Identify operational gaps and opportunities for automation and process improvement.




Act as the single point of coordination between hospital management, departments and technology vendors.

Requirements
3–7 years of experience in HIS/HIMS, Hospital ERP, ERP implementation or Healthcare IT.
Proven experience in successfully implementing an ERP/HIS project.
Robust understanding of hospital processes and workflows.
Experience in vendor management, UAT, user training and change management.
Robust Excel/MIS and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and project-management skills.
Knowledge of SQL, APIs, Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.

Ideal candidate: Someone who can independently understand hospital operations, convert requirements into digital workflows, coordinate with technology vendors and ensure successful implementation and adoption—not merely provide IT support.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
