The Samsung Mobile Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Samsung mobile devices. The technician should ensure quick and quality service to customers while following company and brand service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose issues in Samsung smartphones and tablets.
Repair hardware and software problems in mobile devices.
Replace faulty parts such as display, battery, charging port, speaker, and motherboard components.
Perform software updates, flashing, and troubleshooting.
Maintain proper service records and job sheets.
Follow Samsung service guidelines and quality standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely repair and explicit communication.
Maintain tools,
equipment, and service area properly.
Coordinate with the service team and showroom staff when required.
Required Skills
Knowledge of mobile hardware and software troubleshooting.
Experience in smartphone repair and servicing.
Basic knowledge of Android operating systems.
Positive problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under service timelines.
