Key Responsibilities of the position:
Partner with the CEO to define and execute the growth strategy for

Vaidyaratnam's Services Business.
Lead expansion across hospitals, clinics, treatment centres, and current

geographies through owned, partnered, and asset-light models.
Identify, evaluate, and build strategic partnerships, alliances, and business

opportunities to accelerate growth.
Own the P&L; of the Services Business and deliver profitable, sustainable

growth.
Drive operational excellence across all facilities through process

improvement,



standardization, governance, and performance management.
Ensure consistent patient experience, service quality, and brand standards

across the network.
Establish robust operating metrics and review mechanisms to improve

productivity, utilization, and unit-level profitability.
Build, lead, and develop a large multi-location team while creating a culture

of accountability and execution.
Work closely with promoters and senior leadership to translate strategy into

measurable outcomes.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and quality requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
