Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from structural drawings and BIM models.
Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for RCC, reinforcement steel, structural steel, foundations, retaining walls, and other structural components.
Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates for structural works.
Verify reinforcement quantities, concrete volumes, formwork areas, and structural steel tonnage.
Review structural drawings and identify discrepancies affecting quantities or costs.
Assist structural engineers during the design stage by providing quantity and cost inputs for value engineering.
Prepare quantity comparison statements for different structural design options.
Support preparation of tender BOQs and technical quantity schedules for structural packages.
Review contractor quantity submissions related to structural works, where required.
Maintain quantity records, BOQs, revisions, and project documentation.
Coordinate with structural engineers to incorporate design revisions into quantity estimates.
Ensure all quantity calculations comply with project specifications and relevant Indian Standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
