Learnew Ed Tech is looking for an energetic and creative Videographer who can handle our day-to-day video production requirements and manage our online class studio.

The role involves shooting YouTube videos, Shorts/Reels, course content, promotional videos, and managing online classes and studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production
Shoot YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, promotional videos, and educational content
Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and other studio equipment
Handle framing, camera angles, audio and basic production requirements
Coordinate with faculty during video recording sessions
Ensure positive-quality video and audio output

Online Class Management
Operate and monitor live online classes
Manage camera, microphone, screen sharing, recording, and other technical requirements
Troubleshoot basic technical issues during live classes
Ensure classes start and run smoothly without technical interruptions

Studio Management
Take responsibility for day-to-day studio operations
Maintain cameras, lights, microphones, computers, and other equipment
Keep the studio ready for classes and recordings
Coordinate recording schedules with faculty and the academic team

Skills Required




Basic to valuable knowledge of camera operation and video production
Knowledge of lighting and audio setup
Familiarity with YouTube Shorts, Reels, and social media video formats
Basic knowledge of video editing is an added advantage
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Interest in working in an EdTech and online learning setting
