A Telecaller Executive (Education Counselling) serves as the primary point of contact between prospective students and an education consultancy. The role focuses on lead generation, student outreach, initial counseling, and guiding applicants toward enrolling in suitable university programs, test preparation, or study-abroad pathways.

​Key Responsibilities
​Student Outreach & Lead Generation: Call prospective students and parents who submit inquiries through digital campaigns, website forms, or educational expos.
​Course Guidance: Assess students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and budget to suggest suitable universities, courses, and destinations.
​Appointment Scheduling: Filter qualified leads and book one-on-one sessions for students with senior education counselors or study-abroad experts.
​Database & CRM Management: Maintain accurate call logs, student profiles, and follow-up schedules in the company’s CRM software (e.g Excel).

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹20,200.00 per month
