Strong hands-on experience in Blue Yonder ESP / SCPO
Semiconductor supply chain & manufacturing planning experience
Expertise in LPOPT Solver , optimization models, constraints, and solver tuning
Robust experience in Supply, Production & Capacity Planning
Additional experience in Factory Planning (FP) and Inventory Optimization (IO) preferred
Experience with SAP ERP/S4HANA integration
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in solver validation, scenario analysis, UAT, and production deployment
