Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, billing, reconciliations, expense tracking, and GST/TDS-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments, using Tally or similar accounting software.
Maintain accurate ledgers, invoices, customer and vendor accounts, and supporting documents.
Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with GST and TDS calculations, filings, and documentation.
Manage petty cash, monitor expenses, and maintain proper records.
Prepare basic MIS and financial reports for management.
Ensure all accounting records are accurate, updated,



and properly maintained.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding accounting and payment-related matters.

Requirements
B.Com / M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience in the travel industry will be an advantage.
Robust understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
Positive working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage accounting tasks within deadlines.
