We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, generate current opportunities, acquire clients, and build long-term business relationships in the IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
Identify and target potential B2C clients in domestic and international markets.
Promote IT services including Web Development, Software Development, AI Solutions, Cloud Solutions, and Migration Services.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, requirement discussions, and solution demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, SOWs, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with prospective clients.




Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Maintain and update sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams for successful project closure.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and current business prospects.
Required Skills
4–5 years of experience in BDM/IT Sales/Business Development.
Strong knowledge of IT services and B2C sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
