Role Overview
We are looking for a Sampling Coordinator to manage the complete sampling process from buyer requirement to sample approval, ensuring timely development and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate sample development as per buyer requirements and specifications.
Follow up with Design, Production, QC, Merchandising & Sourcing teams.
Maintain sample timelines, status, and approval records.
Coordinate sample modifications and buyer feedback.
Ensure samples meet required quality, finishing, colour, size, and design standards.
Track sample costs,
material requirements, and dispatch.
Maintain proper sample records and MIS.
Ensure samples are completed and dispatched within committed timelines.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Sampling / Product Development – preferred in Glass or Home Décor.
Valuable understanding of glass products, manufacturing, finishing, and quality.
Solid coordination, follow-up, communication, and Excel skills.
Experience with export buyers will be an advantage.
