Follow up with suppliers for fabric orders and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor fabric requirements based on production and order schedules.
Maintain accurate fabric stock records, including inward, outward and balance stock.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Maintain fabric details such as quality, colour, lot, width, GSM and quantity.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Planning and Quality departments.
