Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve quality coffee, beverages, and specialty drinks while maintaining excellent hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and other drinks.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Take beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
Monitor stock levels and inform the team about shortages.
Handle guest requests professionally.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Support the team during busy service hours.

Qualifications




Minimum 1 year of Barista experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Freshers with a strong interest in coffee and willingness to learn may also apply.
