We are looking for a creative, fast-paced Videographer & Video Editor to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will handle the entire video lifecycle—from planning and shooting to editing high-converting video assets. You will create engaging content for social media, paid ads, and brand campaigns that capture attention and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production: Plan, frame, light, and shoot high-quality video content using professional cameras or smartphones.
Post-Production Editing: Cut, splice, and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging marketing videos.
Platform Optimization: Tailor video formats, aspect ratios, and pacing specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads.
Motion Graphics & Audio: Add agile text animations, captions, sound design, sound effects, and trending music.
Team Collaboration: Work with copywriters and marketing strategists to storyboard and brainstorm high-converting ad hooks.
Asset Management:



Organize raw and edited media files systematically on cloud storage.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven Portfolio: A strong showreel or portfolio showcasing social media videos and marketing ads is mandatory.
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
Technical Equipment Knowledge: Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and audio recording.
Marketing Awareness: Understanding of pacing, consumer attention spans, and what makes a video scroll-stopping.
Speed & Agility: Ability to deliver quick turnarounds on trending social media content.
